We use your name, phone number, and delivery address only to confirm orders, deliver orders, and check payment status.

QPay payment information is processed through QPay service channels. We do not store your confidential bank information.

We may use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure site performance and advertising results. Page views, cart activity, order status, and protected hashed versions of order details such as phone/name may be sent to Meta.

We do not sell order information to third parties for purposes outside required internal records and customer support.

When a creator referral link is used, a signed first-party cookie named pwr_ref is stored for 30 days. It is used for creator attribution and does not store click tracking, localStorage, IP/device fingerprinting.

Creator Hub login stores the creator email, protected password hash, and session information. Temporary passwords are not stored in plaintext.

Creators can see only their own commission dates, amounts, status, and payout history. Customer name, phone, address, and other personal order information are not shown to creators.

Creator payout account holder name and IBAN are used to send commission payments. IBAN numbers are encrypted at rest and shown in Creator Hub only in masked form. Only authorized admins may see the full number when verifying accounts or sending payouts, and that access is logged for audit history.

Referral attribution data is not sold. Limited account security logs may be stored when needed to protect Creator Hub accounts.
