Privacy Policy

01

We use your name, phone number, and delivery address to confirm orders, deliver orders, and check payment status. Advertising measurement uses are described below.

02

QPay payment information is processed through QPay service channels. We do not store your confidential bank information.

03

We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure site performance and advertising results. Meta may receive page views, cart and purchase activity, IP address, browser information, browser identifiers, and advertising click identifiers. Phone number, name, country, city, district, and customer identifier are transformed using SHA-256 hashing before transmission. These hashes are used to match information to Meta accounts; hashing does not make the information fully anonymous.

04

We do not sell order information to third parties for purposes outside required internal records and customer support.

05

When a creator referral link is used, a signed first-party cookie named pwr_ref is stored for 30 days. It is used for creator attribution and does not store click tracking, localStorage, IP/device fingerprinting.

06

Creator Hub login stores the creator email, protected password hash, and session information. Temporary passwords are not stored in plaintext.

07

Creators can see only their own commission dates, amounts, status, and payout history. Customer name, phone, address, and other personal order information are not shown to creators.

08

Creator payout account holder name and IBAN are used to send commission payments. IBAN numbers are encrypted at rest and shown in Creator Hub only in masked form. Only authorized admins may see the full number when verifying accounts or sending payouts, and that access is logged for audit history.

09

Referral attribution data is not sold. Limited account security logs may be stored when needed to protect Creator Hub accounts.
